Vessels to Skelleftehamn and Rönnskär:
Daylight and not less than 1 nautical miles of visibility for:

  • Vessels with a L.O.A. longer than 160 m and/or a beam wider than 30m.
  • Skelleftehamn Inner harbor, arrival, longer than 150m, without functioning thruster with fixed propeller

Vessels to Haraholmen:
Daylight and not less than 1 nautical miles of visibility for:

If the vessel has a working bow/stern thruster, the tugboat requirement could be reduced.
It is also possible that the tugboat requirement could be increased due to weather conditions and vessel maneuverability.

Ships with special maneuverabilities, wich corresponds to one tugboat, could be granted an exemption by Transportstyrelsen after the vessel has been tested by the pilots.

*For vessels with fixed propeller (140-150m), two tugs to be used. On departure, one tug may suffice depending on which jetty and which side alongside.
