Information from Swedish Customs

It is important that information is submitted to Swedish Customs correctly and at the right time when the vessel calls the port.

1. Entry summary declaration must be submitted before the goods are brought into the EU - submitted in ICS2 before arrival
2. Pre-arrival declaration of the vessel's - submitted in MSW reportal before arrival
3. Arrival notification for means of transport – submitted in ICS2 before the vessel calls the port
4. Presentation notification of goods – should be submitted in MSW reportal when unloading goods
