Swedish Seamen's Service Media administrates the media services; film rental, photo contest, news and is also responsible for the unit’s PR. The media department manages the distribution of information through the following channels; magazines, publications, events, social media and websites.

The Swedish Seamen's Service offer monthly movie packages to subscribing vessels.
