Ordering of pilot to and from: Karlsborg, Luleå, Piteå, Skellefteå, Umeå, Rundvik, Husum, Örnsköldsvik.
A notification of the need for pilots must be made in conjunction with the ships registration in MSW Reportal. MSW Reportal can be accessed via the Swedish Maritime Administration's website. If MSW Reportal is not possible to use contact:

Note: To order "assisting pilot" to destinations beside the main fairways, separate procedures apply.
Pilot service: 00:00 - 24:00
A preliminary pilot request must be made at least 24h in advance.
The definitive pilot request must be made at least 5h in advance
Boarding of pilots
All vessels using the Swedish Maritime Administration's pilotage service are requested to rig pilot ladders strictly in accordance with SOLAS and International Maritime Pilots' Association regulations.
